CERTIFICATION COORDINATOR & CHEMICAL SUPPORT - GUIDE GLOVES

At Guide, we are looking for a structured and analytical Certification Coordinator and Chemical support to take lead of our product compliance processes and respond to our customers request for chemical support. If you have a background in regulatory standards and an interest in chemistry, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- External Monitoring: Stay ahead of changes in laws, standards, and regulations impacting product labeling, testing, certifications, and declarations of conformity.
- Regulatory Expertise: Actively participate in relevant forums to guide decision-making processes and maintain Guide’s reputation as a trusted brand.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all Guide products consistently meet European PPE regulations, monitoring any regulatory changes and enforcing compliance.
- Product Development Support: Advise and recommend necessary tests and certifications for new products, product modifications, and production adjustments to adhere to PPE standards.
- Certification Management: Lead certification processes during development phases and handle applications for re-certifications as required.
- Chemical Backoffice: Analyze and respond to customer inquiries on chemical protection, providing informed guidance on glove selection through our support tools.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Documentation and administration: Ensure all relevant documentation and subscriptions are up-to-date and easily accessible in our systems.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate internally to streamline and enhance our processes and tools for efficient and effective Chemical support.
Experience:
- University degree in textile, sustainability or other
- Experience from a similar industry
- Experience from participating in projects
- Education or work experience related to chemistry
- Experience from working with regulatory standards and product certifications
Competencies / Skills:
- Good knowledge Microsoft office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of standards and regulations regarding working gloves
- Knowledge of textile fibres and the production of it
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken oral
- Basic knowledge of chemicals
- Driving licence
