THE STORY OF UGG
In the late 1970s, Australian accounting student and surfer Brian Smith was inspired by a Pink Floyd song to leave his corporate path and move to California. There, he discovered the vibrant surf scene and noticed that surfers didn’t use sheepskin boots like they did in Australia to warm up after chilly sessions. That’s when the idea for UGG was born.
Determined and daring, Brian designed a sheepskin boot that was bold, comfortable, and unlike anything on the market. After being rejected by over 150 stores, he sold directly from his van at Malibu Point. Word spread, and demand grew fast.
Within a decade, UGG was everywhere, from the beaches of SoCal to Hollywood red carpets. Truly loved for its unique comfort and statement style.
Brian’s adventurous, free-spirited vision lives on in everything we do. UGG remains rooted in bold creativity, craftsmanship, and a California state of mind.
THE STORY OF REEBOK
Reebok is one of the most iconic brands in the sports world – with a history dating back to 1890, when the Foster brothers founded the company. As early as 1924, Reebok equipped the British participants at the Paris Olympics, and since then we have been a natural name in the world of sports.
During the 1960s, Reebok became a pioneer in aerobics and went on to grow within basketball and football – sports that remain a central part of our DNA and the inspiration behind our legendary Classic Sneakers.
We believe that “life is not a spectator sport.” Our passion is to create top-class products that combine function, style, and an active lifestyle.
Selected Brands Nordic AB, with HQ in Gothenburg and seasonal showroom in Helsinki, holds the distribution rights for UGG and Reebok in the Nordic market as well as in the Baltics. We are now looking for someone who wants to join us on the journey to strengthen and develop UGG and Reeboks respective positions in Finland and the Baltics – as:

About the Role
As the Key Account Manager for Finland and the Baltics, you will hold a key position where you actively drive and are responsible for the sales of both UGG and Reebok in your markets. Your mission largely revolves around developing the distribution of UGG and Reebok by building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers within the shoe, sport/lifestyle, and fashion industries in each region. With strong support from our head office in Gothenburg, your responsibility is to leverage all opportunities that will drive each brand to the next level. For someone passionate about developing solid distribution channels, there are many exciting opportunities ahead.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Responsibility for the development of key accounts for UGG and Reebok in Finland & the Baltics (shoe stores, sport/lifestyle retailers, department stores, multibrand stores, online retailers, and specialty stores)
• Responsible for annual updates and follow-up of the sales strategy for the Finnish & Baltic markets
• Responsible for establishing and achieving annual budgets per market
• Continuous follow-up of each market and your customers’ sell-through, and creating actions tied to results
• Manage seasonal sales (pre-order) twice per year for your customers
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with your customers
• Drive reorders and in-season sales
• Support stores in their sell-through and plan/activate activities, events, and staff trainings
• Responsible for and participating in trade fairs, collection previews, and industry events
• Ongoing communication with our head office in Gothenburg regarding matters within your area of responsibility

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
• At least 2–3 years of experience in direct sales to retailers within sports, footwear, or fashion
• A valid driver’s license (car)
• Documented sales experience and the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
• Experience owning key customer relationships in your region
• Post-secondary education is a strong merit
• Good proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills – especially in MS Excel, CRM systems, and PowerPoint or similar programs
• Confidence in giving presentations and building trust with customers
